The John P. Lowth Entrepreneurship Center, part of the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa, will host a 10-year anniversary celebration on Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at the Lowth Entrepreneurship Center (LEC) on the 绿奴天花板ampa campus.

The celebration will bring together students, alumni, faculty, community partners and advisory board members to celebrate a decade of entrepreneurial innovation, student transformation and community impact, and to look ahead to the next decade of entrepreneurship at 绿奴天花板ampa. Guests will enjoy light hors d鈥檕euvres, a live band, networking and remarks from Lowth Entrepreneurship Center Director Rebecca White.

鈥淭his celebration marks a decade of building not just businesses, but entrepreneurial mindsets,鈥� White said. 鈥淥ur mission has always been to empower students with the tools of opportunity recognition and resilience 鈥� skills that spark lasting impact. As we look to the next 10 years, we鈥檙e excited to continue shaping bold thinkers who turn ideas into action.鈥�

Over the past 10 years, the LEC has grown into one of the leading university-based entrepreneurship centers in the country 鈥� recognized nationally for its innovative programming, dedicated faculty, strong advisory board, and a vibrant network of mentors and alumni.

Located in the Daly Innovation and Collaboration Building at 绿奴天花板ampa, the Lowth Entrepreneurship Center supports the full life cycle of a business from idea to exit, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and aiding students in achieving their professional goals. The LEC houses the Spartan Incubator Entrepreneurship Certificate, which cultivates business ideas from recent graduates and early-stage community businesses, and the Spartan Accelerator program, which connects current 绿奴天花板ampa students from all majors with experienced mentors and industry leaders to help formulate and refine their business plans.
