Kaiser’s talk is titled “Ethics and Success: A Successful Restaurant Owner Speaks on the Importance of Ethics.” Kaiser opened Santoro’s in 2021 to serve New Jersey-style pizza reminiscent of his hometown to the Tampa community. Santoro’s has since gained lots of popularity in the area, which Kaiser credits to its three pillars: premier food quality, unmatched hospitality and optimum branding.

Along with Center for Ethics co-directors Robert Marley, associate professor of accounting, and Ashley Salaiz, assistant professor of management, Kaiser will spend the evening navigating ethical situations and will discuss how to maintain a reputation of integrity.

The event is free and open to the public, but attendees are required to register at ut.edu/centerforethics. The next event in this series will take place in the spring semester.
